When will I receive my order?

We ship between 2 to 15 working days based on the weight of the order.  

What are your shipping rates? 

Our minimum shipping fee is 24 euros up to 5kg. Please note this fee applies as transporters policy classify perfume materials as dangerous goods.

For orders above 5kg, our team will contact you directly once the order is received for a personalized quote.

What are your shipping methods? 

We ship with TNT in France. DHL and Fedex worldwide. Please provide a phone number to facilitate delivery.

Can you send me promo codes or offer bulk discounts?

We do not offer discounts.

Do you offer IFRA certificates and SDS?

Yes, you will find all necessary documentation on the product page. If it is not available, please contact us directly and we will send it to you.
